POLICIES
In order to ensure each guest the proper amount of time for their services I have a strict 10 minute late policy. If you will be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may need to alter the services you are scheduled for or reschedule for a later date and time. In the event we need to reschedule, a no-show/late cancel fee will apply.
Less than 48 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling or a no-show will also result in a fee totaling the full amount of the services booked. In order to reschedule after a late or no-show you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit for the appointment in full.
